The barrel maker
The oak selection, from the great Allier and Nivernais forests, the quality of drying in the open air for two years, then the shaping of the barrel, with the finesse of the preparation of the staves and the care of the assembly.
Through each gesture, the Cooper allows our wines to fully express their character, without alteration.
The current team is composed of five barrel makers who work year round to produce 2,000 barrels, used in the group’s various properties across the world.
